  I called Birkenstock corporate about a replacement insert for my Super Birki clogs. They were worn through to the sole in parts, but still the most comfortable work shoe I've ever owned. The representative told me that they didn't sell inserts, but recommended Complete Birkenstock.
  
  I called Complete Birkenstock with sizing questions, and Balam was more than happy to help. He went through inventory to make sure they had what I wanted, and quoted me the correct price from the website and free shipping.
  
  I tried to order from the website, and got an processing error, so I called back and Balam was still friendly and patient. He took the order over the phone, and took my number down in case anything went wrong.
