  I booked ahead to make sure I don't have to wait, but they made me wait for 30 min. I told the barber I had an appointment, and he sais I will be next. But while I was waiting, another customer just got up and was asked to sit and got their haircut before me. I have a very busy schedule, my kids were waiting with me, and can't afford to waste 30 min. When I told the barber, he said I should have made it more clear... It was a terrible experience and will never go back.
