Went in on two different occasions to inquire about a line of skincare products they carry. I’m pregnant - visibly so and I told them this - and two different employees, on two separate occasions, recommended products to me that have Category X ingredients like retinol (which are those that can definitively cause birth defects). Not ok - many pregnant women don’t know to ask these questions and a medspa should know enough about the products they sell to recommend safe items to clientele. I won’t be returning. Love that they carry some of the products I use but this lack of knowledge is unacceptable and says a lot about the quality/experience of the skincare “experts” on staff.

OMG These guys are such liars. They called me to remind about my appointment scheduled tomorrow. They told me I was scheduled with Eva. I asked who Eva is. The office said she has been with us for months. I asked why she wasn't on their site. The office said they are updating their web site. I asked if she is Full Time or Part Time, the office responded Full Time.

LIARS LIARS LIARS After being connected to Eva, she told me she was Part time working Wednesday and Thursdays and when asked how long she has been with Images she replied 2 weeks.

I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. Collen who worked there was AMAZING. I have ZERO ZIPPO NADA trust with an organization that are LIARS !!!!!!!!!
