  I liked my masseuse, she was fairly good, but the customer service on the phone and the front desk were extremely rude. She wouldn't even look at me in the face and I felt like apologizing for some odd reason. I kept saying thank you and the staff were not even replying. You would think when it's your first time at Massage Envy, they would treat you nicely so you would come back. But no. Never coming back!
