  I was introduced to Brian Easter 2 years ago and am very grateful. I'm a chiropractor, ex-athlete and practice proactive health habits on a daily basis. I scheduled a consultation at NS Fitness and was blown away with the level of personal service. The level of education is very important to them and they take the time to explain proper technique and form. This not only helped with me understanding proper biomechanics, but also is huge in injury prevention and faster results. NS Fitness is very passionate about what they do and it is fun and contagious. I recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness in a fun and popular way.
