  The senior man in charge of the UPS office on Lake Avenue in Wilmette, Bruce, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On innumerable occasions he's gone out of his way to help me do various things. Were it not for Bruce, I might well do business at my local FedEx. Bruce deserves plenty of applause!   I've been using this store several times in the past when using UPS to ship a large package (rather than dropping an envelope in one of their street-boxes). Always very pleasant, very helpful and very professional.
  
  Last time we shipped a large box to NY (and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was!), which arrived with some damage to its content. The people at this store were extremely helpful in rectifying the situation.
  
  I can't say anything but good things about this place!
